Elanor Global Java Edition Basic software is a cloud HR information system for payroll and HR administration that focuses on the segment of smaller companies. The system is provided as a service, so there are no issues with assuring its operation and administration of the required infrastructure. Access to the application is through a web interface and is possible from anywhere by using the internet.

What can EGJE Basic do?

Personnel records
It is used to keep records of people and employment relations and information for calculation of salaries. It provides a summary of terminated employment relationships, including the required exit documentation and also records of medical examinations or training courses.

Salaries and clearance
Classic calculation of salaries in compliance with the valid legislation, including calculation of social security and health insurance.
Also assures annual clearance of taxes.

Outputs
EGJE Basic generates pay slips and other documents required by legislation. It can be used to assure bank orders (according to supported formats) and confirm income, and also for outputs for Trexim investigations. Standard exports (accounts) and defined reports are integral elements of this software.

These can be entered regularly or as a single operation, either manually or by batch import.
